This is my 1970 XLH. I bought it 5 years ago after waiting 20-some years for my 1st bike. I've spent quite a bit of time & money just in keeping it on the road, so the only cosmetic change from when I bought it is the S&S Super E. I've also put in an Accel Super Coil, new wiring harness, tires, shift lever, clutch cable, etc. This winter I'm replacing the clutch & (hopefully) rebuilding the starter mechanism. Future project (as you can tell) is to give my kicker assembly a little Viagra. If I ever get comfortable with how it performs, I'll start the cosmetics project with new pipes & jet-black paint all around. Also thinking about putting antlers on my bucket!
