This is my 1985 Ironhead. The last year of Ironhead. I bought it from Ray Price Harley-Davidson (Pricey Ray) in Raleigh NC. A week after I got it, I had to rebuild it. Two weeks after that, I had to weld the case back together, put back third gear, and 1/2 of the tranny. Now I've got a $10,000 Ironhead. All I wanted to do was get the ol lady riding and kill that sissy seat. Then get a Wide Glide front end on it. Ray did the rebuild, but he took his sweet f....... time to do it.
