MadMikes's 1983 Harley Davidson Sportster

This one of a kind model year 1983 Sportster came with a 3 Gallon Roadster tank which has been painted Candy Apple Red with Air Brushed Flames along with front and rear fenders. The motor and transmission were professionally rebuilt 2,000 miles ago. 43K Miles on Frame. Everything Else is new! Frame was Powder Coated in 2001 along with a new wiring harness, chain, sprockets, cables. New wheel, swing arm, and steering head bearings. New rear brake caliper, rotor, and pads. Braided Stainless Steel Brake Lines up front. The motor was rebuilt to stock condition for extra reliability. A Harley Davidson oil cooler is installed to keep the heat low for extra durability. Running Mobil 1 Synthetic oil. Carburator is an S&S Super E and I have recently installed a Two into One Supertrapp Exhaust but have two other sets of staggard pipes ( Baffled & Straight) I have owned this bike for 11 years and it has been garaged kept and well maintained for all of them. This bike has Electric Start, Electronic Ignition, Dual Disk Brakes up front and Single Disk Brake in the rear.
