I bought my 1971 Sportster in buckets 18 months ago, and I redid the whole thing. The motor was built for me with S&S rods, 60 over pistons and all new transmission gears. The frame is a 2001 Santee rigid and a new 2002 wide glide front end. I painted it myself, and molded the skull into the gas tank myself. It was an awesome learning. It turns heads wherever I go. And the best thing about it is that it is a sporty!
